The clear structure of the TRES high contrast dial guarantees optimum readability – even in darkness:
the undersides of the hour and minute hands are coated with luminescent Superluminova. In bright light, the undersides of the hands are charged with light reflected off the dial, which they give off again in darkness.
The result is a strongly shining aura around the hands.
In the black dial version, the top-side of the hands are coated in the conventional way with brilliant white Superluminova. The second hand has a different colour so that the individual hands can be easily distinguished even at a quick glance.
