Warranty + Service

Every single one of our watches comes with a two-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers all parts, though normal wear and improper use are excluded. If you wish to make a claim under warranty, please send your watch to us. If you ever experience problems with your Botta watch outside the warranty period, our service partner will also be happy to perform any necessary repairs (using only original parts) at very competitive rates.
