Good product images, informative texts and intuitive navigation
Out of more than 300 submitted websites, our newly launched site www.botta-design.de was judged the best by a jury of experts and awarded the Hessian Website Award 2016 in gold. We were very pleased to receive this award, not least because of the many, many hours of work we put into the project. The criteria for the selection were: "Very good product images, informative texts, intuitive navigation, legal certainty, and an outstanding user experience on all end devices".
Reward for a lot of work: botta-design.de with successful relaunch
"Design means making products better, more usable and more logical" is the credo of Klaus Botta, who developed the first one-hand wristwatch of modern times in 1986 – the UNO. According to the jury, this principle is perfectly reflected on the website www.botta-design.de. It represents a completely new development and went online just a few months ago. The award honors us, Klaus and the whole team of BOTTA design, very much, because we put all our design expertise into the project. Everything was carefully designed and tailored to the needs of the customer. We took over 2300 photos for the website ourselves. Meanwhile, the connected online direct sales department is supposed to inform and convince the visitor of the products in the best possible way and ultimately make it fun to use. "Everything works and inspires," was the verdict of the jury of the Hessian Website Awards 2016.
"The company presentation and the online store have been cleverly linked together," judges juror Dr. Michael Klein. "The website is authentic, the unique selling propositions are clear and unambiguous, the graphic presentation is flawless. And there are also several treats, such as the opportunity to try out the future watch on your own arm as a paper printout. This appearance is a very good example of a successful medium-sized website".
The Hessian Website Award
The hessian Website Award selects year by year the best Internet side of a small or middle company from Hessen. The award honors the special performance of companies that compete online despite their limited time and financial resources.
